Single Family Homes



We work with several different owners of single family homes when they decide to rent out their property. Single family homes are exclusive residencies where the renter may be responsible for lawn care, snow removal and some of the other costs and expenses that would normally be included within multi-family properties.

Multi-Family Properties



Multi-family properties range from duplexes, triplexes, quads, and townhouses up to several units within a single property. These types of properties typically have multiple units under one roof with a common parking area, possibly a yard or other common areas and sometimes provide amenities like a laundry rooms, additional storage spaces for an extra rental fee, or other types of common areas for the residents to enjoy while living at the premises.

Apartment Complexes



Apartment complexes offer an economy of scale for real estate investors. This means that maintenance costs and repairs as well and capital expenses are spread out over the several units within the property. Mid to large size apartment complexes may be owned by a single entity or may be owned through a syndication of a group of investors who will pool together resources purchase these larger deals.

Condo Home Owner Associations



Condo Associations house several dwellings under one roof with a Home Owner Association that holds covenants and policies that all of the condo owners must adhere to. In addition to the normal day to day responsibilities of running and maintaining a property, there are board of director meetings where property managers may be asked to advise board members concerning reserves for capital, estimates, plowing and landscaping contracts.
