RENTAL APPLICATION CHECKLIST

Please supply all required documents* as PDF attachments with your rental application. We require copies of these documents BEFORE proceeding with processing your rental application.

When the rental application is completed you may email it to us at: belairepropertymanagement@gmail.com

Required Documents Include:

1. * Current Driver's License, or a valid * Passport, or a valid * Federal Photo ID, or a valid *Verification of US Legal Status
2. * Pay stubs for 2 months or other types of * Verifiable income statements
3. * Current Utilities Bill, * Electric Bill, or other * Heating Bill
4. * Animal Documents (if applicable - see page #10 of rental application)
5. * Eviction Dismissal Letter (if applicable - see page #9 of rental application)
6. * Any Available CORI / SCORI Documentation (if applicable - see page #9 of rental application)

Optional Documents Include:

1. Current Phone Bill
2. Current Credit Card Statement (if applicable)
3. Current Cable Bill (if applicable)

Without the required documents listed above your rental application is incomplete, will not be processed, and placed on hold until we receive a complete list of the required documentation.
